Welcome to the Hope for Memphis Fund grant cycle | Summer 2024 

 The Christian Community Foundation is excited for the opportunity to support the Christian nonprofit community in the Memphis area, through our Hope for Memphis Fund Grant. This granting process is our way of funding nonprofit organizations meeting the needs of Memphians, who offer Christ-centered services.  Out of respect for your time, we have established a few pre-qualification questions prior to granting access to the application. This first step will ensure that you meet the criteria of the Hope for Memphis Fund Grant. If qualified, you will then be prompted to proceed to the application.   Please note the following:

• Applications for this grant cycle are being accepted now.
• The HFM committee will begin reviewing applications once the grant cycle has closed.
• Notifications of award status will go out via email once the committee has made their selections.
